FuboTV Launches IPO on New York Stock Exchange

Live streaming platform FuboTV has launched a public offering of 15 million shares of common stock on the New York Stock Exchange. The shares are expected to be listed under the ticker symbol FUBO and initially offered between $9 and $11 a share.

In September, FuboTV said it predicts third-quarter revenue between $50 million and $54 million, which would mark a year-over-year increase of 27% to 38%. Much of that is expected to be led by an increase in subscribers and ad sales during the NFL and fall sports seasons. 

In March, FuboTV merged with virtual entertainment provider FaceBank. FuboTV raised its monthly subscription fee to $65 in July after adding a number of Disney-owned channels, including Disney Channel, ESPN, ABC, FX and National Geographic
