AD AGE's Ann-Christine Diaz notes Miller Lite debuted a "beer can adorned with a set of football goal post-shaped antlers," dubbed the "'Cantenna,' a vessel of brew that doubles as a digital antenna and allows cord-cutters free access to NFL games." The campaign from DDB Chicago shows viewers a "humorous country music video warning about the dangers of illegal streaming" (ADAGE.com, 9/14). The product was created in partnership with m ss ng p eces, N.Y. Celebrity influencers include "recently retired NFL players" Chris Long, Kyle Long and Zach Miller (ADWEEK.com, 9/14).

RE-BOOT: Puma has signed Paris Saint-Germain F Neymar after he left Nike "following a 15-year association." Neymar's arrival was announced on the Puma website alongside the banner "The king is back." Sources said that within Puma, "only four executives knew about the deal to land Neymar and it was 'a big secret in the company' that they had been working to sign the player for several months (ESPN.com, 9/12).

FALCONS FLY HIGH: In Toledo, Nicholas Piotrowicz reports the new contract between Bowling Green and Nike "runs through the 2022-23 school year, public records show." The renewal was agreed to in February and "took effect on June 1." Nike will provide Bowling Green with "roughly $177,000 worth of product allotments per year," and retailer BSN Sports will supply BGSU with "contractually agreed-upon merchandise from Nike" (TOLEDO BLADE, 9/15).
