That's Kickin': Chiefs' Butker Releasing Own Clothing Line

Chiefs K Harrison Butker tomorrow “will release his own clothing line, dubbed BUTKER, in partnership with a company called NOVUS,” according to Andrew Golden of the K.C. STAR. Butker’s clothing line, which will be available on his personal website, will offer a “selection of hoodies, joggers, shirts and shorts customized specifically” by Butker. Some of the clothes “will cater more directly to the Chiefs’ fan base and bear Butker’s nickname of ‘Buttkicker,’ but the line will also include everyday attire featuring neutral colors like black, gray and white.” The July 7 release date “references his jersey number -- No. 7 -- and that’s also incorporated into his logo.” Butker has been “looking for a business partnership,” and NOVUS’ “faith-based mission resonated” with him. Butker represents NOVUS’ “second partnership with an individual athlete,” following Olympic fencer Dagmara Wozniak (K.C. STAR, 7/3).
