Raiders' $75M HQ On Track For Completion This Month

The Raiders' Intermountain Healthcare Performance Center and team HQ is nearing completion in Henderson, Nev., as crews are "carrying out the finishing touches on both interior and exterior portions" of the $75M facility," which is "expected to be finished later this month," according to Mick Akers of the LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL. The franchise "will move all operations into the building" once it is complete. Team officials are "expecting to move into their new digs sometime this month, but they're in wait-and-see mode as the league works around coronavirus-related protocols." In addition to three outdoor natural grass fields, the Henderson complex "will house team executive offices, 1.5 indoor fields, a weight room, a 150-seat theater, a rehabilitation center, a cafe, a Raider Image retail store and a TV studio." The team's HQ is about 13 miles from the $2B, 65,000-seat Allegiant Stadium, which is "slated for substantial completion July 31" (LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL, 6/13).
