Video experiences company Deltatre today is announcing that RON DOWNEY will be stepping down from his role as president of the company's OTT division. Downey previously was CEO and co-Founder of U.K.-based OTT specialist Massive, which was acquired by Deltatre in November '18. He will remain on the board and serve as strategic advisor. Replacing Downey will be GILLES MAS, current president of Deltatre’s Live division. Before joining Deltatre, Mas held a series of senior roles at UEFA from '02-12. TONY PAGE, president of Deltatre’s Digital division, will add Mas’ Live division responsibilities (Eric Prisbell, THE DAILY).

EXECS: Sources said that the Browns named 49ers Dir of Football Research & Development KWESI ADOFO-MENSAH and RYAN GRIGSON as Exec VP/Football Operations & GM ANDREW BERRY’s "top lieutenants" in the player personnel department. Adofo-Mensah will "essentially serve as an assistant GM for the Browns," though his title will be VP/Football Operations. Grigson worked earlier this offseason as a consultant for the Browns and later became a full-time employee, though his title has "yet to be finalized" (AKRON BEACON JOURNAL, 5/16)....Under Armour named MOHAMED EL-ERIAN Lead Independent Dir of the company's BOD, effective upon his re-election at UA's May 27 annual meeting. Dr. El-Erian succeeds A.B. KRONGARD, who has served in the lead director role since '06 (UA).
