Michigan football coach Jim Harbaugh and his wife, Sarah, "donated $100,000 to United Way for Southeastern Michigan's COVID-19 Community Response Fund" (DETROIT FREE PRESS, 5/5)....Penguins C Sidney Crosby "donated 100,000 meals to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank" (PITTSBURGH POST-GAZETTE, 5/5)....The Golden Knights will "donate 1,200 hot, ready-to-eat meals to Metro employees." The club has thus far "donated more than 7,500 meals to media professionals and first responders" (LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL, 5/5)....MLB Cardinals TV analyst Jim Edmonds "donated his plasma at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis on Monday, over a month after he tested positive for COVID-19" (N.Y. POST, 5/5)....John Cena through the Make-A-Wish Foundation on Sunday "gave an early birthday present to a 7-year-old boy with a life-threatening illness." Cena "wore a mask and gloves along with his neon green WWE garb and surprised David Castle at the young boy's home in Tampa" (N.Y. POST, 5/5).
