XFL Continues Downward Viewer Trend In Week 3 Across All Partners

The XFL averaged 1.61 million viewers for the four games in Week 3 across ABC, Fox, FS1 and ESPN, down 22% from Week 2, which had two games on ABC and one each on Fox and FS1. Week 3 also is down 48% from Week 1, when Fox aired two games and ABC and ESPN each carried one. Only one game in Week 3 -- Dallas Renegades-Seattle Dragons on Fox on Saturday in the 5:00pm ET window -- averaged over 2 million viewers. The DC Defenders-L.A. Wildcats game on FS1 on Sunday averaged just over 1 million viewers, marking the least-watched XFL game to date. While the league was down in Week 3, the two games on Saturday led all sports telecasts for the day. Coming in third on Saturday was No. 3 Kansas defeating No. 1 Baylor in men's hoops on ESPN in the 12:00pm window (1.89 million viewers).
