A Florida appeals court has "granted a request" by Patriots Owner ROBERT KRAFT and Florida prosecutors for a "hearing over secret Orchids of Asia videotapes" in Kraft's misdemeanor prostitution case. Kraft's case will be "consolidated with appeals in cases against four Orchids of Asia spa workers and another defendant charged in a separate Florida spa prostitution sting" (BOSTON HERALD, 2/21).
