Buyers & Sellers: Ryan Howard Selling Philly Condo For $6.5M

Former MLBer RYAN HOWARD listed his 4,166-square-foot "luxury condo in the heart of Philadelphia" for $6.495M. The unit on the 24th floor of the 1706 Rittenhouse high-rise offers "river-to-river views," and has four bedrooms, two private balconies, two fireplaces and a temperature-controlled wine room. The building's amenities include a "private sauna, a landscaped garden with a koi pond, and a fully automated garage that retrieves your car while you head down to the lobby" (PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER, 2/13).

COACHING IN STYLE: TNT's STAN VAN GUNDY listed his lakefront property near Clarkston, Mich., for $2.3M. The 1.6 acre property includes 150 feet of lake shoreline, and the kitchen, fireplaces and stone columns are "head-to-toe new." The house has "two suites on the main floor that can be used as an owner's suite," and one of them has an "upstairs loft set up as a TV room." The lower level also includes a "glass-enclosed yoga room," and an "exercise room, a cedar-lined steam shower, a full bath and an extra large hot tub just outside the door." There also are three more bedroom suites on the second level (DETROIT FREE PRESS, 2/9).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Former NBAer KENYON MARTIN put his five-bedroom Mediterranean-style residence in Calabasas, Calif., on the market for $3.599M. The single-story, 5,676-square-foot home "sits on more than an acre and boasts a home theater, putting green and child's playground with an in-ground trampoline." The house has a "large, open kitchen that adjoins a breakfast nook," and the property includes a "detached guesthouse" (L.A. DAILY NEWS, 2/9)....ANTONIO BROWN sold his home in Alamo, Calif. for $3M. The 3,506-square-foot house has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and "features a pool, entertainment patio" and guest house. Brown originally purchased the house for $3.375M. He also is selling a mansion in Gibsonia, Penn. (San Jose MERCURY NEWS, 2/7)....Univ. of Arkansas football coach SAM PITTMAN bought a home in Fayetteville that used to belong to former Arkansas men's basketball coach MIKE ANDERSON. Pittman bought the 8,400-square-foot home, built in '13, for $2.5M. The property includes a Mediterranean-style main house, a 1,209-square-foot guest house, a five-car garage and a swimming pool (KATV.com, 2/10).
