Vegas Stats and Information Network Will Produce Betting-Themed Audio Broadcasts of XFL Games

The Vegas Stats and Information Network (VSiN) has partnered with the XFL to produce weekly betting-themed audio broadcasts of XFL games that will stream on iHeartRadio. The broadcasts will be called “BetCasts.”

VSiN’s sports betting experts will deliver audio broadcasts for two XFL games per week during the 10-week regular season and the two-week postseason. Commentators will discuss real-time odds as the game unfolds and how betting lines change throughout the game. Broadcasts will be produced in VSIN’s studio in Las Vegas and will livestream on the iHeartRadio app.

STATE OF THE INDUSTRY: Don’t Miss the World’s Premier Sports Tech Event (March 26–27 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn)

“A core part of our strategy is to embrace the spread, and with great partners like VSiN and iHeartRadio, we are uniquely positioned to do just that and provide fans with industry-leading wagering analysis that will strengthen their engagement with our games,” Jeffrey Pollack, president and COO of the XFL, said in a press release.

Earlier this week, DraftKings signed a deal to become an authorized betting operator of the XFL. VSiN produces sports betting-themed television shows for regional sports networks in New York (MSG Networks) and New England (NESN).  Last May, SportTechie’s Jen Booton was in Las Vegas for an inside-look at VSiN’s content production studio.
