Sports Talk Radio Has Big Influence On Eagles "All Or Nothing" Series

Amazon's "All or Nothing" featuring the Eagles '19 season was released on Friday, and while the latest edition of the series has "some great stuff," it presents the team's campaign "almost exclusively through the lens of sports talk radio," according to Les Bowen of the PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER. Actor Jon Hamm is the "credited narrator" for the series, but WIP-FM's Angelo Cataldi and his "brethren should have gotten equal billing." Every "game aftermath, every issue that arises, is framed by often-outraged WIP radio voices." The show's fifth season "portrays a world in which the written word -- online or print -- has ceased to exist." Meanwhile, Eagles LB Brandon Graham is the "star of the series," though S Malcolm Jenkins "comes off as just as tough, and more cerebral." QB Carson Wentz also "has his moments." Coach Doug Pederson is "most often heard during beginning-of-the-week auditorium addresses to the team, which aren't terribly revealing" (PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER, 2/6).
