Bills Raising Ticket Prices Across The Board At New Era Field Next Season

The Bills are "raising prices by an average of 4.6%, taking the weighted ticket price from an average of $89.56" in '19 to $93.67 next season, according to a front-page piece by Jay Skurski of the BUFFALO NEWS. Just how much more fans will pay "depends on the location of their seat, but it's an across-the-board increase." The Bills said that 32% of the seats at New Era Field are "raising in price between $1 and $2, 31% raising between $3 and $5, 25% raising between $6 and $8 and the final 12% of seats raising between $9 and $13 per game." Non-premium seats "will range from $36 to $126 per game." Despite the increase, Bills tickets "remain some of the cheapest in the NFL." The team also will "continue to offer interest-free, extended payment plan options." The Bills are coming off a 10-6 season and a second trip to the playoffs in three years, and that success "spiked interest at the box office." Bills VP/Ticket Sales & Service Chris Colleary said that "about 1,000 new fans purchased season tickets during last year's regular season" (BUFFALO NEWS, 2/5).
