Broncos Won't Raise Season-Ticket Prices In '20, Continuing Trend

Broncos season-ticket prices "will not be increased" in '20, marking the third time in four years the team "has not raised prices," according to Ryan O'Halloran of the DENVER POST. The Broncos' average ticket price in '19 "was $103.06," after 95% of general seats had an "increase of 1% last year (the remaining seats had increases of less than 10%)." Broncos Senior Dir of Ticket Strategy & Analytics Clark Wray said there are "many factors that go into whether we raise ticket prices or not," adding team performance is just "one small factor." Wray: "We also look at what the market is doing and what our internal needs are and what the demand is out there. When we looked at where we're priced within the league, we felt we were priced just about right." Wray said that the Broncos had a 99% renewal rate for season tickets last year and currently "have a wait list of 80,000." He also said that mobile ticketing in '18 and '19 was a "major win," as was mobile parking ticketing. O'Halloran notes the Broncos are "continuing to try and speed up the process of getting through the stadium gates" (DENVER POST, 2/3).
