Buyers & Sellers: Shaun White Lists Second Malibu Home For $10.995M

Gold Medal-winning U.S. snowboarder SHAUN WHITE listed his second Malibu home for $10.995M, just days after selling his neighboring house for $11.8M. The two-story home in Point Dume with a swimming pool "sits at the front of the property," where a "sprawling lawn descends toward the sand out back, creating a park-like setting right up against the beach." The home "holds three bedrooms and two bathrooms in 2,164 square feet." An open floor plan combines a "cozy living room with a fireplace, an open dining area and a gallery-style kitchen with booth seating" (L.A. TIMES, 1/22).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Spurs G PATTY MILLS purchased a coastal home in Hawaii for $1.92M. The 1,700-square-foot, two-story home is located in Haleiwa, a "waterfront community on the north shore of the island of Oahu." Inside, a breakfast bar "connects the dining area and brand new kitchen, and off to the side, there's a window-lined living room." All three bedrooms "overlook the ocean, and the master suite opens directly to a second-story deck that spans to the back of the home" (L.A. TIMES, 1/22)....Sources said that Warriors G STEPHEN CURRY purchased a 2,800-square-foot condo in the Four Seasons Private Residences, a new S.F. tower development opening in June, for "just under" $8M (S.F. CHRONICLE, 1/22)....Former NFLer TERENCE NEWMAN listed his Turtle Creek, Texas, home for $1.995M. The 3,633-square-foot house in suburban Dallas' gated Park Bridge Court is "one of 14 homes in the community." It has "three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half-bathroom, and a chef's kitchen." The two-level home "comes equipped with an elevator and a master suite with a jet tub and steam shower and dual vanities" (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 1/19).
