Raiders PSL holders are "being surveyed by the organization on their vision of what the parking plan for Allegiant Stadium could entail," according to Mick Akers of the LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL. An emailed survey is being "sent to those who’ve plunked down money for a seat license" to "determine what they want." Raiders President Marc Badain said that questions are "centered on where fans want to park, if they want to tailgate and where they want to tailgate." The survey also "presented season ticket holders with various options for game day parking that ranged between $5 and $100." Badain said that the price to park will "depend on various factors including the parking lot’s proximity to the stadium and whether tailgating is allowed on the lot." He added that tailgating will be "available and encouraged on all Raider controlled parking lots." On lots the Raiders are "doing partnerships on, it will be up to the land owner." Getting preliminary interest in tailgating "allows the Raiders to approach interested parties with multiple options to do so." Badain said that the space where the "massive field tray will sit on non-game days will turn into a tailgating-type area for fans." PRETTY, PRETTY, PRETTY GOOD: NFL owners have approved a waiver to the league’s usual $350M debt limit for the Raiders as the club prepares to move to Las Vegas next season. Sources said the request was well-received by the other 31 clubs because the Raiders have exceeded revenue-generation benchmarks at the new Allegiant Stadium. Raiders Owner Mark Davis said, “It looks like it’s going pretty good.” Sources said the Raiders intend to borrow to pay the $378M relocation fee to the league. The approval came yesterday at the league meetings in Las Colinas, Texas (Ben Fischer, THE DAILY).
