Seahawks Receiver To Sell "Decaf Metcalf" Via Coffee Partnership

Part of the proceeds from the specially-branded coffee will be donated to two different charitiesVOLCANICA COFFEE

Georgia-based coffee company Volcanica Coffee has partnered with Seahawks WR DK Metcalf to "begin selling 16-ounce bags of 'Decaf Metcalf' coffee on the company's website," according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.com. ESPN's Joe Tessitore, who inadvertently gave him the Decaf Metcalf nickname last week on "MNF," has "blessed the deal," with he and Metcalf "making sure part of the proceeds will be donated to charities of their choice." Metcalf is "donating part of the proceeds to Prison Fellowship," and Tessitore is "donating part of the proceeds to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation." Both charities' logos will "appear on the back of the coffee bags." One Volcanica Coffee official said that the company "already has designed packaging" for Decaf Metcalf and "believes it can sell thousands of units" (ESPN.com, 12/8).
