In Pittsburgh, Joe Rutter wrote as long as the Steelers "keep winning" with rookie QB Devlin "Duck" Hodges, "expect Duckmania to keep flying high." Hodges is 2-0 as a starter this season, and "one of the perks" he has enjoyed is "free duck-hunting apparel from manufacturers." He wore a "brown cap that promoted a hunting apparel company" to a postgame news conference, "not realizing it violated NFL rules." He "quickly removed it when informed by team personnel" (TRIBLIVE.com, 12/4).

SALTWATER SHIRTS: GOLFCHANNEL.com's Brentley Romine noted golfer Bryson DeChambeau was "happy to sport Puma's new Saltwater collection" yesterday at the PGA Tour Hero World Challenge. DeChambeau's shirt, called the "Predator Polo," featured an "array of sharks and stingrays." He said Puma offered him the "turtle one," but that was "not going to happen." DeChambeau, a "target of slow-play critics in recent years," was referring to Puma's "Slow Play Polo" design, which also is part of the collection (GOLFCHANNEL.com, 12/4).

LENDING VOICE: In Green Bay, Haley BeMiller notes the Oneida Nation "wants to send a clear message to football fans" by airing a 30-second ad during Sunday's Redskins-Packers game that "promotes the diversity of the northeastern Wisconsin tribe." The video, to be played on Lambeau Field's video board, "aims to serve as a contrast to protests outside the stadium over the visiting team's controversial Redskins name and logo" (GREEN BAY PRESS-GAZETTE, 12/5).
