Executive Transactions

Helmet-maker VICIS named sports/technology consulting firm CCG Creator & CEO RALPH GREENE interim CEO, effective immediately. Greene replaces VICIS co-Founder DAVE MARVER, who is stepping down as CEO and departing the company. Greene, who previously served 21 years as a Nike exec, has served on the VICIS BOD since '17 (VICIS).

EXECS: Callaway Golf has increased the size of the company's BOD from 10 to 11, with the addition of global lifestyle apparel company Kontoor Brands President, CEO and BOD member SCOTT H. BAXTER (Callaway)....Florida A&M named Univ. of Miami Associate AD/Athletic Facilities KORTNE GOSHA AD. Current FAMU AD DR. JOHN EASON announced he will retire from the post, effective Dec. 2 (TALLAHASSEE DEMOCRAT, 11/24).
