Buyers & Sellers: Shaquille O'Neal Listing L.A. Home For $2.6M

SHAQUILLE O'NEAL has listed his home in L.A.'s West Hills neighborhood for $2.6M. With five bedrooms and bathrooms, the 5,217-square-foot house sits on a "one-acre plot in the gated equestrian community of Bell Canyon" (L.A. DAILY NEWS, 11/19).

CALIFORNIA LIVING: Former MLBer JIMMY ROLLINS has sold his home in Encino, Calif., for $10.55M. The gated "Neoclassical-vibe" house built in '17 is 14,900 square feet with "eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms." The two-story floor plan includes a gym, a home theater and indoor/outdoor swimming pools along with "formal living and dining rooms, an office" and a wine cellar. Outside, grounds of more than half an acre contain a "sports court, a cabana/kitchen, lawn and landscaping," as well as a "detached guesthouse with a second kitchen" (L.A. TIMES, 11/19)....Rams WR BRANDIN COOKS listed his recently renovated home in Hidden Hills, Calif. for $5.8M. The single-story home is 4,850 square feet and includes four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The cul-de-sac estate "sits on 2.3 acres with panoramic city views." Behind the home, an "entertainer's backyard offers a redwood deck, swimming pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and fire pit" (L.A. TIMES, 11/16).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Rockets G RUSSELL WESTBROOK has listed his mansion outside Oklahoma City for $1.695M. The two-story, 8,400-square-foot home is set on 1.4 acres with "five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, expansive living space and a host of outdoor highlights." In the backyard, a "cabana adjoins a swimming pool and spa," and a "path winds its way to a putting green at the edge of the property" (L.A. TIMES, 11/15)....A sale is pending for former NBA Kings coach DAVE JOERGER's ranch-estate in Shingle Springs, Calif. The 10-acre horse property "came up for sale earlier this month" for $1.675M. "Sun Ridge Ranch" has a "four-bedroom main house, a detached guest residence, a gym, an eight-car garage and horse facilities that include a 10-stall barn (L.A. TIMES, 11/15)....Hawks G EVAN TURNER paid $1.14M for a condo in downtown Columbus. The two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath condo has 2,500 square feet (COLUMBUS DISPATCH, 11/19).
