Legend's Get Lifted Film Co. is one of the entities involved in the production of "Signing Day"GETTY IMAGES

Warriors G STEPHEN CURRY's Unanimous Media production banner, JOHN LEGEND's Get Lifted Film Co. and Sony Pictures are "teaming up" for the sports drama "SIGNING DAY." The project "marks one of the first films to be put into development" under Curry's first-look deal with the studio that he signed last year. In the "vein of 'JERRY MAGUIRE" the sports drama "follows an extremely driven sports agent trying desperately to sign a young, coveted basketball star as her client" (VARIETY.com, 11/20).

EXTREME HOME MAKEOVER: Bucks F GIANNIS ANTETOKOUNMPO is "suing a contractor he says didn't live up to his home remodeling promises." According to the suit, some work was "never done and other work wasn't done correctly." The suit also says Antetokounmpo gave contractor DAVID GONZALEZ "chances to repair problems, return money and settle the matter" before the lawsuit on Monday. The suit lists five claims: "breach of contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith, unjust enrichment, fraudulent representation and theft by contractor" (MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, 11/21).

TROMBONE SHORTY & ORLEANS AVENUE will play at AT&T Playoff Playlist Live!, TIM MCGRAW will headline the Capital One Stage and LAUREN DAIGLE will perform the national anthem prior to kickoff of the CFP title game (CFP).
