Target is set to remain an official partner of MLS under a new five-year deal through '24. Terms of the partnership were not disclosed. The brand’s investment at the league level dates back to '17 and also includes kit sponsorship of Minnesota United, as well as being the sleeve partner for LAFC. Target’s renewal with the league coincides with L.A. and Banc of California Stadium being named the host for next summer’s MLS All-Star Game, where Target will continue as a presenting partner (Mark Burns, THE DAILY).

HOWL AT THE MOON: The T'Wolves agreed to a multiyear partnership with Jim Beam and Maker's Mark. Jim Beam will now be featured throughout three new bar spaces in Target Center, and the team will also offer a customized Maker's Mark bourbon created specifically for the T'Wolves throughout the arena (T'Wolves).

CARDS IN THE AIR: The World Series of Poker is using Caesars' partnership with the NFL to "send an online poker player" to Super Bowl LIV at Hard Rock Stadium. This week through Jan. 19, WSOP.com is running its "Sit N' Go To The Super Bowl" promotion, a raffle that "allows players to earn as many entries as possible by playing sit n' goes on the site." For every sit n' go with a buy-in of $1 or greater, the winner of the tournament will "earn an entry into the raffle" (CARDPLAYER.com, 11/19).
