The Aspire Group promoted CEO BILL DUFFY to Vice Chair. Duffy will assume his new role on Jan. 1 and will remain actively involved in bringing in new business and relevant client partner projects. Aspire also promoted COO BILL FAGAN to CEO, effective Jan. 1. Fagan joined Aspire in '09 and was the company's first employee (Aspire).

Huffman, an SBJ "Game Changer" in ’18, formerly worked with McLaren Racing CEO ZAK BROWN at the Just Marketing Int'l motorsports marketing agency, which was eventually sold to CSM and re-branded (Adam Stern, THE DAILY)....The Whitecaps named former Bundesliga club FC Schalke 04 Senior Dir of Professional Football AXEL SCHUSTER Sporting Dir (Whitecaps)....The Pirates have "parted ways" with VP & Assistant GM KYLE STARK (PITTSBURGH POST-GAZETTE, 11/16)....The CFL named GREG QUICK to the newly created position of Dir of Global Scouting (CFL).
