Buyers & Sellers: Terry Bradshaw Puts Oklahoma Ranch Back On Sale

TERRY BRADSHAW's ranch in Thackerville, Okla., is "back on the market." Bradshaw said that the 744-acre property has been "listed for sale off and on for the past eight years or so." He added that the "asking price will be 'around'" $15M. The property includes an 8,600-square-foot "ranch house with six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms," and is "within walking distance of the Red River." The home also has 16 "pastures for livestock, equipment sheds and farm buildings, 90 horse stalls, an indoor arena, and a paved road up to the main ranch house" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 11/5).

GRIDIRON HEIGHTS: TOM BRADY and his wife, GISELE BUNDCHEN, reportedly have "wrapped up their house hunting" in Greenwich, Conn., with "speculation swirling" that they have purchased a seven-bedroom, nearly 15,000-square-foot estate for $9M (HARTFORD COURANT, 11/5)....Texans WR KENNY STILLS listed his 5,825-square-foot home in Ft. Lauderdale for $2.8M, after buying it in July '17 for $2.425M. The four bed, five bath home features a "large island kitchen with granite counters" and a "custom bunkroom." The house sits on a "waterfront point lot with nearly one acre on the New River" (South Florida SUN-SENTINEL, 11/8).

SELLERS' MARKET: Golfer FRED COUPLES is selling his five-bedroom Newport Beach home for $3.749M. The 3,800-square-foot house sits on "more than a quarter-acre in the Big Canyon community" (ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER, 11/7)....Cavaliers assistant coach LINDSAY GOTTLIEB is "selling her Glenview home in Oakland" for $1.3M. The 4,210-square-foot, six-bedroom, four-bath Mediterranean style home" features two outdoor decks, a "roomy backyard and many other amenities" (San Jose MERCURY NEWS, 11/2).
