DIRK NOWITZKI purchased the Preston Hollow estate in North Dallas, "previously owned by the late Dallas billionaire CHARLES WYLY," for $5.75M. The 11,394-square-foot mansion sits on 2.5 acres and was built in '39. It has "five living areas, nine bathrooms, a commercial-sized kitchen, an elevator and indoor lap pool." There also is a "swimming pool, pool house, tennis court, guest quarters and a 5-car garage" (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 10/29).

HOOPS HOMES: Hawks F CHANDLER PARSONS is "selling his Bel-Air home of two years" for $12.35M. The six bedroom, nine bathroom home has a half basketball court that "rounds out an entertainer's backyard complete with a covered patio, turf lawn and zero-edge swimming pool and spa with LED lighting" (L.A. TIMES, 10/25)....Spurs F RUDY GAY has "listed his palm-topped mansion" in Southwest Ranches, Fla., for $3.475M. The 7,900-square-foot, six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home sits on 2.3 acres and features a "basketball court with a UConn theme," as well as a "motor court and a swimming pool and spa surrounded by lawns and landscaping" (L.A. TIMES, 10/29).

NEW LISTING: Former MLBer JIMMY ROLLINS has put his 8,424-square-foot South Tampa home "on the market" for $6.88M. The property has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Listing agent SHERRY DAVIS said it is "four doors down from open bay" (TAMPA BAY TIMES, 10/25).
