Buyers & Sellers: Adrian Gonzalez Lists California Estate For $7.7M

Former MLBer ADRIAN GONZALEZ has listed his home in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., for $7.699M. Gonzalez bought the Tuscan-inspired mansion on a 2.2-acre estate from fellow retired MLBer BRET BOONE "just three years ago" for $6.3M. The golf course property includes a "spacious motor court, a flagstone courtyard, a swimming pool, spa, tennis court, pavilion with a wet bar and scenic sky-lighted loggia." The single-story floor plan has eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms amongst 12,521 square feet (L.A. TIMES, 10/11).

BUYERS & SELLERS: MICHAEL JORDAN has listed a scenic retreat in Park City, Utah, for $7.5M. Built in '06, the hillside mansion takes in "sweeping mountain and golf course views; the modern tri-level enjoys a flurry of amenities both inside and out." In addition to the five bedrooms and eight bathrooms spread across 9,574 square feet of interior, there is a "den, a wet bar, a gym, a movie theater and a golf simulator" (L.A. TIMES, 10/14)....Clippers F MAURICE HARKLESS has purchased a newly built house in Venice, Calif., for $3.36M. Four bedrooms and five bathrooms complete the 4,000-square-foot floor plan. The property "expands to 2,000 square feet of outdoor space, including a rooftop deck with a turf lawn, dining area and city views." Water features such as a pool, spa and fish pond "complete the fenced grounds" (L.A. TIMES, 10/16)....Saints coach SEAN PAYTON is selling his condo in uptown New Orleans for $2.3M. Payton bought the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath in '14 for $1.47M. The 2,885-square-foot unit features "dark, antique pine floors, quartzite counters" and 14-foot ceilings (NOLA.com, 10/15).
