Buyers & Sellers: Under Armour's Kevin Plank Selling DC Home

Under Armour Founder, Chair & CEO KEVIN PLANK is selling his home in the Georgetown neighborhood of DC for $24.5M after previously listing it for sale in '18. The home features eight bedrooms, eight full baths and four half-baths across 12,000 square feet. When Plank listed the home last year at $29.5M, it was the "most expensive listing" in DC (BALTIMORE SUN, 10/11).

IN THE HILLS: Klutch Sports Group's RICH PAUL purchased a home in Beverly Hills for $11.7M. The home features a gym, Peloton bike and a Scandinavian hydrotherapy circuit "consisting of a sauna, steam room and cold plunge." The two-story home holds six bedrooms and seven bathrooms across 6,300 square feet (L.A. TIMES, 10/4)....Former MLBer RANDY WOLF is selling his Hollywood Hills home for $9.995M. The home occupies its own cul-de-sac and features a "series of patios and terraces, one complete with a pool and spa." In this home are five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a center-island kitchen and a gym (L.A. TIMES, 10/8).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Former tennis player MICHAEL CHANG has cut the asking price of his Coto de Caza, Calif., home by $500,000 and is now seeking $7.5M. Built in '90, the newly renovated 7,665-square-foot home sits on nearly 10 acres of "rolling hillside with two tennis courts, a half basketball court, three putting greens and a large swimming pool and a spa with a rock waterfall" (ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER, 10/4)....NHL Rangers President of Hockey Operations JOHN DAVIDSON is selling his home in Powell, Ohio, for $2.1M. The home includes five bedrooms and seven bathrooms (BIZJOURNALS.com, 10/9)....Former NFLer LANGSTON WALKER has reduced the price of his Oakland Hills home to $1.999M from $2.125M. The four-bed, five-bathroom home spans 4,022 square feet and has "panoramic views of three bridges" (San Jose MERCURY NEWS, 10/8).
