Cavaliers Introduce Monthly Ticket Subscription Plan

Passes are $89 month for a seat in the lower bowl or $49 a month for a seat in the upper bowlNBAE/GETTY IMAGES

The Cavaliers are "introducing a MoviePass-type subscription model" where fans can attend as many home games as they like for "one monthly price," according to Joey Morona of the Cleveland PLAIN DEALER. The Cavs Monthly Pass guarantees a "ticket to as many games in a given month" as long as fans reserve their seat "at least 24 hours before tip-off." Fans can "cancel without any long-term commitment." The team is selling the pass for $89 month for a seat in the lower bowl or $49 a month for a seat in Loudville in the upper bowl. No games are "blacked out, not even LeBron James and the Lakers on March 26." The plan "renews automatically unless you cancel at least five days prior to the start of the next month" (Cleveland PLAIN DEALER, 10/4).
