NHL Spons-O-Meter: In-Depth Look At League's Sponsors In '19-20

The NHL begins the '19-20 season tonight with 11 U.S.-only sponsors, with their newest partners being The Boston Beer Company. Boston Beer is an official beer, hard seltzer, hard cider and hard iced tea partner of the NHL. The league has 14 North American sponsors heading into the season. Also, PPG Paints just yesterday renewed its deal as a North American partner. NHL corporate partnership benefits vary from deal to deal, but they typically include category exclusivity, use of league marks for ads and promo purposes, event signage, media exposure through radio, print and TV ads, as well as various hospitality benefits. The group below does not include media partners.
