Levy Restaurants Takes Over Concessions At Rupp Arena

Levy Restaurants will manage all concessions and special event catering for Rupp Arena, the new Lexington Convention Center and Lexington Opera House beginning on Oct. 1, meaning the company will be in place for the start of the Univ. of Kentucky basketball schedule. Levy did not disclose the terms and length of its agreement with the Lexington Center Corporation, which manages and maintains all three venues. The company plans to use market intelligence from its analytics company E15 Group to develop experiences, menus and services unique to each venue. The three Lexington venues add to Levy’s portfolio of Kentucky-based clients, which includes Churchill Downs, Kentucky Horse Park, Kentucky Speedway, Kentucky Exposition Center, Louisville City Football Stadium, Kentucky Int’l Convention Center and USL club Louisville City FC.
