Buyers & Sellers: Jeremy Roenick Sells Scottsdale Home For $3.3M

Former NHLer JEREMY ROENICK has sold his home in Scottsdale for $3.3M, which is "half a million short of what he paid for it" in '05. The gated property "spans 18 desert acres of mountain views and cacti." Structures among the estate include a seven-bed, 7.5-bath, 7,400-square-foot main residence and a "two-bedroom guesthouse, and the grounds also have a swimming pool, Wiffle ball field and pitch-and-putt golf area" (LATIMES.com, 5/2).

BUYERS & SELLERS: D-backs CF ADAM JONES has "sold the 25-acre Baltimore County estate that formerly belonged" to Baseball HOFer CAL RIPKEN JR. for $3.55M. Jones "acquired the 21,890-square-foot property one year ago at an auction" for $3.465M. The house has a "large gourmet kitchen, six bedrooms, 10 full baths, five half-baths and an eight-car garage" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 5/7)....Former NBAer DAVID LEE sold his L.A. home for $11M after he bought the property in '17 for $13.5M. The unfinished condominium at the Sierra Towers in West Hollywood is comprised of "three combined units." The "roughly 5,500-square-foot condo takes up half a floor within the 31-story building." Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors "look onto a terrace balcony that runs the entire length of the unit" (LATIMES.com, 5/6)....Jaguars QB NICK FOLES put his New Jersey home "up for sale for $799,000." The 4,282-square-foot home in Barrington, N.J., which is just outside Philadelphia, has four bedrooms, three baths and is "complete with a gourmet kitchen, a sunroom with 15-foot ceilings, and hardwood flooring throughout" (PHILLY.com, 5/2).
