Buyers & Sellers: Larry Fitzgerald Sells Home To Yankees' Aaron Hicks

Cardinals WR LARRY FITZGERALD sold his 9,300-square-foot Paradise Valley, Ariz., mansion to Yankees CF AARON HICKS for $4.65M. The double-gated compound on two acres comes with a theater, billiard room, 1,200-bottle wine room and 12-car garage, along with "two swimming pools, waterfalls connected by a lazy river, a batting cage, a putting green and a big sports court" (AZCENTRAL.com, 4/26).

PARTY TIMEFormer MLBer HUSTON STREET listed his Austin home for sale at $6.995M. The home has six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms in the two-story floor plan. The 10,000-square-foot mansion offers a "swimming pool and spa, and out on the water, a party deck sitting above a two-slip boat dock." There is also a "wine cellar, wet bar and gym set beneath coffered ceilings" (LATIMES.com, 4/28).

MOVING ON: Former Bulls coach FRED HOIBERG listed his six-bedroom mansion in Burr Ridge, Ill., for $3.995M. The three-story mansion has seven baths, "four fireplaces, heated floors, a library, a four-car garage and a lower level with a rec room, a game room, a glass-enclosed, temperature-controlled wine cellar and a pub-style bar" (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 4/29).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Golfer MARK O'MEARA has listed his Houston home for $3.699M. The two-story estate sits on half an acre, "packing a swimming pool and putting green into the professionally landscaped grounds." The 7,072-square-foot home holds five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms (LATIMES.com, 4/27)....49ers K ROBBIE GOULD has listed his Kildeer, Ill., mansion for $1.15M. The 5,420-square-foot home has five bedrooms and five baths. It features a "great room with fireplace, gym and wine cellar, among many other amenities" (MERCURYNEWS.com, 4/29)....Former MLBer JASON GIAMBI is placing his 12,079-square-foot home in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, up for for auction from May 21-24. The house has nine bedrooms and 12 bathrooms and includes a "home gym, an infinity pool and hot tub, a game room, a bar, a tiki hut and panoramic views." Giambi previously put the villa on the market for $10.7M (MERCURYNEWS.com, 4/25).
