Buyers & Sellers: Kevin Durant Puts Malibu Home On Market For $13.5M

Warriors F KEVIN DURANT has listed his Malibu home for sale at $13.495M. Durant bought the home last year for $12.05M. The multi-level house is "tailored for beachfront living with sliding walls of glass and terrace balconies on three levels." A small wooden staircase "descends from the main patio area directly to a sandy cove on Broad Beach." The four bedrooms and six bathrooms "lie within more than 5,100 square feet of interior space." There is also a "media room with a glass-enclosed wine rack and a movie theater" (LATIMES.com, 4/23).

SERVE & VOLLEY: Former tennis player MICHAEL CHANG has put his Southern California home on the market for $8M. The estate in Coto de Caza includes 9.5 acres and "holds a pair of homes that total more than 10,000 square feet, clay and hard tennis courts, a basketball court, two putting greens, a koi pond with a bridge and a resort-style pool with a waterfall and spa." The main residence "holds seven bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms across 7,665 square feet" (LATIMES.com, 4/24).

TOUCH 'EM ALL: White Sox Exec VP KENNY WILLIAMS has listed his Chicago home for $2.5M. The three-bedroom, 3,864-square-foot town house in the Streeterville neighborhood "already is under contract." The home has 4.5 baths, views of Lake Michigan and 10-foot ceilings throughout (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 4/24)....Blue Jays P CLAY BUCHHOLZ has listed his home outside Austin for $2.495M. The mansion on Lake Travis spans 1.8 acres, and the tree-covered property "centers on a 7,842-square-foot home." In addition to five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, there is a movie theater with tiered seating and a billiards room (LATIMES.com, 4/24).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Panthers DE BRUCE IRVIN has sold his home in Windermere, Fla., for $1.716M. The house has "columns, arched windows and a clay tile roof." Inside, there are "about 7,000 square feet of expansive living spaces." A "sweeping staircase ascends to a loft, and elsewhere are five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a movie theater" (LATIMES.com, 4/18)....Bears S HA HA CLINTON-DIX paid $1.425M for an estate home on the north side of Sylvan Lake in Sanford, Fla. The house sits on 2.67 acres and is 4,151 square feet with "four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a four-car pull-through garage." It has a "custom-built RV port and regulation-sized half-court basketball court" (ORLANDOSENTINEL.com, 4/19)....Former Rams coach JEFF FISHER has listed his Southern California home for $3.25M. The 6,875-square-foot Tuscan-style estate in Camarillo "includes a vaulted-ceiling foyer and an expansive living room that opens to a dining room" (LATIMES.com, 4/18)....Former Colts coach CHUCK PAGANO has listed his home outside Indianapolis for $1.95M. The 8,288-square-foot home in Zionsville, Ind., has five bedrooms, five baths and was "custom built, including hand-carved mantels and kitchen cabinetry" (INDYSTAR.com, 4/24).
