76ers Lauded For Placing Women In High-Ranking Positions

The 76ers employ a number of "thoughtful, smart and confident women in high-profile positions," making them "perhaps the most progressive team in the most progressive major sports league in the country, if not the world," according to Marcus Hayes of the PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER. Managing Partner Josh Harris said, "We have incredible women in our organization who are the best in the industry." Hayes: "It certainly seems that way." The women of the 76ers do not "think of themselves as a 'group of women;' rather, they are simply coworkers." COO Lara Price said, "It's been proven; women make businesses better" (PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER, 4/17).
