Buyers & Sellers: Kliff Kingsbury Buys $4.45M Phoenix Home

NFL Cardinals coach KLIFF KINGSBURY has purchased a Phoenix-area home for $4.45M. The four-bedroom, 5.5 bath, 7,000-square-foot modern home in Paradise Valley, Ariz., has "views of Camelback mountain." The listing for the home "describes 'a resort-style backyard' with many water features, and a 'palatial master suite' that boasts large separate his-and-hers walk-in closets, with 'an over-the-top master bathroom'" (AZCENTRAL.com, 3/21).

OFF TO THE RACES: Former F1 driver JENSON BUTTON is selling his home in the Brentwood neighborhood of L.A. for $6.2M. The house was built in '59 and now boasts "updated details." Designed for "outdoor entertaining," the two-story house has "pocketing walls of glass that open to the backyard." Among outdoor amenities are a "covered patio space, a swimming pool with a raised spa and a built-in barbecue/bar." The approximately 4,800 square feet of living space "contains a living room with a fireplace, a center-island kitchen, a dining room, five bedrooms and six bathrooms" (LATIMES.com, 3/19).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Gold Medal-winning U.S. figure skater EVAN LYSACEK has listed his downtown Chicago condo for $899,000. The two-bedroom, 1,600-square-foot unit on the 45th floor of a Gold Coast building has "two baths, lake and skyline views, an office, an open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows, a master suite with a walk-in closet and a marble en-suite bath and dual vanity, and a kitchen with ceiling-height cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and an eat-in peninsula" (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 3/15)....Packers Senior Advisor to Football Operations TED THOMPSON sold his Green Bay area home for $380,000. The three-bedroom, three-bath, 2,113-square-foot house has 195 feet of riverfront property on the Fox River in De Pere, Wisc. (GREENBAYPRESSGAZETTE.com, 3/15)....Former NFLer JOE NEDNEY has listed his home just outside of Santa Cruz for $2.25M, which is "around $600,000 more than he paid for it" in April '05. The 4,343-square-foot house in Scotts Valley, Calif., has "five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a formal dining room and a remodeled kitchen with copper appliances and granite countertops" (LATIMES.com, 3/21)....Former NFLer BRANDON BROWNER, who is currently serving eight years in prison, has sold his home in Southern California for $825,000. The 3,668-square-foot cul-de-sac estate in Pomona, Calif., "offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms across two stories" (LATIMES.com, 3/14).
