BYU Signs New Seven-Year, All-Sports Apparel Contract With Nike

BYU reached an agreement with Nike on a "new seven-year contract to continue its all-sport footwear, apparel and equipment partnership" through '25-26, according to Jeff Call of the DESERET NEWS. The new deal "more than doubles the annual value of the previous Nike agreement and includes annual cash compensation for BYU Athletics." The royalty rate for licensed BYU-Nike products will also "increase revenue for the athletic program." BYU and Nike have had a partnership dating back to the late '70s, when the school's teams "started wearing its footwear" (DESERET NEWS, 3/9).

COMING TOGETHER: The Mid-American Conference signed a new deal with Under Armour, which will see the company provide staff with access to footwear, apparel and equipment. Additionally, BSN Sports will serve as the exclusive dealer of all UA products to the MAC and assist getting UA apparel on the official online store (MAC).
