Former NFLer VINNY TESTAVERDE is putting his Odessa, Fla., home up for auction on April 9 after nearly two years on the market. The house first went up for sale in April '17 for $5M. Situated on more than five lakefront acres, the house has six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, four half baths, two full kitchens and a 10-car garage. There is a theater that can "comfortably seat up to 15, full size basketball and tennis courts, a golf-simulation room, a walk-in cellar with cigar humidor, a game room, a card room, a piano room and a gym" (TAMPABAY.com, 3/5).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Pro Football HOFer ROD WOODSON has reduced the asking price of his Pleasanton, Calif., home to $2.15M. The six-bedroom, 3.5-bath property was previously listed at $2.35M. The 4,592-square-foot home features a "solar system, pool and and outdoor entertaining area among many other amenities" (MERCURYNEWS.com, 3/4)....Former NBAer RON HARPER sold his home in Franklin Lakes, N.J., for $1.485M. The two-story home opens through double doors to 5,100 square feet of "hardwood-lined living spaces." Main-level highlights include an "office accessed by sliding barn doors and a covered deck off the living room." Upstairs, the master suite offers "dual closets and a Juliet balcony." There are four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms (LATIMES.com, 3/6)....Sharks coach PETER DEBOER sold his Madison, N.J., home for $1.3M. The property spans 3,627 square feet with four bedrooms and 4.5 baths. An open floor plan includes a "modern kitchen and a family room with a gas fireplace." The home also features a game room and "newly finished basement" (MERCURYNEWS.com, 3/5).
