State Farm Arena became the first NBA venue to offer "fan-friendly" food and beverage pricingNBAE/GETTY IMAGES

State Farm Arena and the Hawks "received the top score of all NBA teams" in season-ticket-member satisfaction for food and beverage in the league’s most recent '18-19 Fan Loyalty Tracker, according to Yvonne Zusel of the ATLANTA JOURNAL-CONSTITUTION. The designation "measures member satisfaction across a number of fan experience categories." State Farm Arena was tops in the "food and beverage space" with a 60% satisfaction rate, a "huge jump from last year" when the Hawks' number was 22%. The 38% improvement is the "largest in the league." The renovated arena, which re-opened in October, became the "first NBA venue to offer 'fan-friendly' pricing, offering 11 menu items for less than $5 for every event." State Farm Arena Exec VP & GM Brett Stefansson "attributed the score to improved food and beverage options" as well as "affordable prices and a variety of restaurants that opened in the arena during the past year" (AJC.com, 3/5).
