Buyers & Sellers: Kawhi Leonard Buys $13.3M San Diego-Area Home

Raptors F KAWHI LEONARD purchased a home in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., for $13.3M. The purchase was made using a "corporate entity" that lists Leonard as manager. Set on a lot of more than five acres, the Tuscan-style estate has a "workout facility with a dry bar, a home theater, a gourmet kitchen and two offices." A steel-framed wall of glass looks into a "temperature-controlled wine vault in the tasting and bar room." The 13,000 square feet of interior "holds seven bathroom suites" and there are 10.5 bathrooms in all (LATIMES.com, 1/24)....Former NFLer LARRY ALLEN has dropped the price on his Danville, Calif., mansion from $7.5M to $6.9M. The home has seven bedrooms and eight baths over 10,116 square feet. It features a theatre, indoor spa and sports court among "many other amenities" (MERCURYNEWS.com, 1/29)....Former MLBer ADRIAN BELTRE has listed his Dallas mansion for $3.38M. The French Country-inspired home "sits behind gates" on three-quarters of an acre. There are five bedrooms and six bathrooms within 8,204 square feet. Other highlights include a movie theater, loft, game room and wet bar with a wine cellar (LATIMES.com, 1/29)....Bulls coach JIM BOYLEN in October sold a two-bedroom, 1,525-square-foot condominium unit in a River North loft building in Chicago for $463,000. The brick and timber loft condo has two baths, a kitchen with a granite island and white finished oak cabinets, a balcony and a master suite with a walk-in closet (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 1/25).
