Buyers & Sellers: Edgar Martinez Lists Bellevue Penthouse For $10M

Baseball HOF-elect EDGAR MARTINEZ has listed his Bellevue, Wash., penthouse on the market for $9.78M. The two-story, 4,058-square-foot home has 20-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, which "draw in the lake, city and mountain views from Bellevue to Seattle." There is also a "luxe master ensuite with fireplace on the second level; a private screening room; large chilled wine cellar for 400-plus bottles" and a "master suite on the main level for guests" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 1/23)....STEPHEN CURRY and his wife AYESHA have a "sale lined up" for their Waxhaw, N.C., home after "reducing the price" from $1.55M to $1.19M. The 7,650-square-foot home has "four bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths." It features a "theater room, game room, and a four-car garage among many other amenities" (MERCURYNEWS.com, 1/22)....Giants SS BRANDON CRAWFORD has sold his mansion in Scottsdale, Ariz., for $1.455M. The 5,477-square-foot home has five bedrooms and six baths, and includes a "two-way fireplace, great room, smart pool system, in-ground trampoline and sports court, among many other amenities" (MERCURYNEWS.com, 1/23)....Raiders Owner MARK DAVIS has "hired the same architect" who designed the Raiders' $1.8B stadium in Las Vegas, K.C.-based Manica Architecture, to also "design his house in a swanky, luxury Summerlin neighborhood." Davis "wanted the Raiders stadium's architecture to mimic that of a sleek car -- and his Summerlin house might just have a similar sleek look" (LVSPORTSBIZ.com, 1/17).
