Bruins RW David Pastrnak appears in a new national ad campaign for Dunkin' titled, "Where There's Hockey, There's Dunkin'." In the ad, Pastrnak is whistled for tripping but is able to use his two minutes in the penalty box to drink a Dunkin' Cold Brew coffee. The debut of the ad will appear on NBC on Saturday night during the NHL All-Star Game. Developed by BBDO, N.Y., the spot will run on TV, as well as online and across the brand's various social channels (Dunkin').

SOUR TASTE: In New Orleans, Ian McNulty notes locally based Miel Brewery created its AK41 as an American cream ale brewed with Airheads Xtremes Sour Belts -- a "clear tribute" to Saints RB Alvin Kamara. Miel will "start serving the beer this weekend." Kamara is known for his "abiding love for Airheads." He has become "synonymous with the candy." Its maker even produced a special label last year bearing his face, with his "grinning gold grill and all" (New Orleans ADVOCATE, 1/25).

LAW & ORDER: In K.C., James Dornbrook noted the PGA Tour is suing Digital Ally for "scratching on a naming rights contract" for the annual Web.com Tour event held in the city. According to the lawsuit, Digital Ally signed a five-year naming-rights contract for the '15 -19 tournaments, but "defaulted on the contract" in '17. The Tour contends in its filings that Digital Ally "stopped making any payments on the agreement" in '17. The Tour gave Digital Ally notice that it was "immediately terminating the agreement for breach of contract." The Tour now seeks $1.9M  in damages for all the "unpaid sponsorship fees owed" through the '19 tournament (BIZJOURNALS.com, 1/23).
