Brad Zager Promoted By Fox Sports; John Entz Leaves After Seven Years

As part of a reorganization of its production and operations departments, Fox Sports promoted Exec VP/Production & Operations BRAD ZAGER to oversee the two groups. As part of the reorg, which is being announced on the Fox lot this morning, Fox Sports Production President JOHN ENTZ will leave the company after seven years. Zager now reports to Fox Sports National Networks President MARK SILVERMAN and carries the title Exec Producer, Exec VP and Head of Production & Operations. Fox Sports execs made the move in order to combine production and operations into one group; previously they had operated separately. The new role will have Zager oversee live event production, pre- and postgame shows, all operations and creative services. In his Exec Producer role, Zager will oversee all live game telecasts, which this year will include the FIFA Women’s World Cup. Previously, he oversaw operations for all productions on Fox Sports, FS1 and FS2.
