WME has entered into a strategic partnership with London-based soccer player management firm On Target Football Consultants that will allow the Hollywood agency to represent certain U.S.-born soccer players, including USMNT F Christian Pulisic. Financial details were not disclosed. WME Partner Carlos Fleming will head up the effort for the agency. Additionally, On Target Head of Marketing Media & Commercial Partnerships Matthew Moore will be joining WME and working out of its London office. Pulisic initially will be the only player co-represented by the two firms, but it is expected that other On Target clients will also become clients of WME in the future. Pulisic currently is with Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund but will be joining EPL club Chelsea later this year after a record $73.1M transfer fee. On Target’s clients also include other Americans playing in Europe, including such as Sebastian Soto, Chris Gloster, Nick Taitague and Juan Pablo Torres.
