Fox Sports College Properties hired DREW DEHART to take over as GM of USC Sports Properties. DeHart, who had been Rays Dir of Corporate Partnerships, will relocate to the L.A. area and report to KYLE SHERMAN, president of the Fox Sports sales division Home Team Sports. He starts Monday. Throughout his career, DeHart has held positions at Oregon IMG Sports Marketing, Learfield Sports and CBS Collegiate Sports. USC Sports Properties is a sales division of Fox Sports College Properties. He replaced ANDRE RILEY, who left in December for another opportunity (John Ourand, THE DAILY).

EXECS: Impact Owner JOEY SAPUTO is "stepping down" as president of the MLS club and is "handing those duties" to 4Sports Consulting Founder KEVIN GILMORE, who will be president & CEO. Gilmore previously has worked for the Canadiens, NHL Kings and Disney. Saputo had held the president title since founding the team in '93 (CP, 1/22)....ESPN has hired NFL Media Original Content Group VP BRIAN LOCKHART as ESPN+ Original Content Exec Producer. Lockhart will be based in N.Y. and report to ESPN Films & Original Content VP & Exec Producer LIBBY GEIST (ESPN)....The NHL Kings have hired MONICA MULCAHY as Senior Manager of Partnership Sales (Kings).
