CHANGE OF PACE: F1 Dir of Communications NORMAN HOWELL "suddenly stepped down" after nearly two years. Howell was promoted into the role in February '17 after spending nearly two years as its head of digital. He reported directly to F1 Managing Dir of Commercial Operations SEAN BRATCHES. F1 said that the communications team "is being restructured." Instead of a director of communications, there will be a head of corporate and consumer communications and a head of motorsport press office.
