Homebuyers get "access to the hotel -- and can ring for the concierge, housekeeping and room service." Built in '10, the 7,867-square-foot contemporary house has "six bedrooms and eight bathrooms." The deal, which closed last week, is "among the highest priced home sales in Orange County" in '18 and is said to the "most expensive one at the Montage this year."
