Buyers & Sellers: Casey Wasserman Lists Beverly Hills Home For $125M

LA28 Chair CASEY WASSERMAN is listing his "newly completed" home in Beverly Hills for $125M. If the home sells for that price, it will "become the most expensive home ever traded" in the L.A. area. The house, known as the Foothill Estate, was constructed in '16. It "sits on more than 3 acres, and spans about 18,548 square feet." The lower level "houses the staff quarters as well as a 1,148-square-foot gym, a screening room and an art studio." The top level has "five bedrooms, including a master suite with a deck." The grounds "include an entertainment deck with an 85-foot infinity pool, a pool house and an outdoor dining area" (WSJ.com, 10/18).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Former MLBer AUBREY HUFF has sold his home in San Diego for $3.925M. The Mediterranean-style house, which sits inside a "guard-gated community," has more than 8,100 square feet of living space "on a single story." There are "five bedrooms and seven bathrooms in all." The landscaped setting outside "centers on a lagoon-style swimming pool with a spa." Completing the grounds are a "sports court, a fire pit, patios and lawn" (LATIMES.com, 10/17)....Golden Knights LW MAX PACIORETTY has sold his Boca Raton home for $3.1M. There are "five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms" across more than 5,800 square feet of living space. A quartz patio outside "connects a covered dining area to a fountain-fed pool flanked by turf and landscaping." A blue-and-red basketball court, the "same color scheme" as his former team, the Canadiens, "finishes off the grounds" (LATIMES.com, 10/16)....Former NFLer MARTELLUS BENNETT has listed his home in Long Grove, Ill., for $1.25M. The four-bedroom, 5,900-square-foot home sits on "almost 3.2 acres." The house is a "contemporary brick and glass with hanging metal staircases, some interior glass doors and a sleek contemporary kitchen" (CHICAGOBUSINESS.com, 10/15)....Celtics G KYRIE IRVING has sold his home in Westlake, Ohio, for $755,000. He had originally listed the home on the market for $1.7M last fall. The four-bedroom home has a lower level that "contains a baller-worthy paradise, with a bar, home theater, rec room, recording studio, exercise room, along with a bonus space" (SFGATE.com, 10/15).
