EMPIRE STATE OF MIND: Pegula Sports & Entertainment named Empire State Development Senior VP CHRISTOPHER SCHOEPFLIN VP/External Affairs & Strategic Development (PS&E). Schoepflin will oversee PS&E's "dealings with federal, state and local governments." The hiring comes at a time the PS&E-owned teams will be "seeking financial support to upgrade their facilities, including the possibility of the Bills building a new stadium."
