Buyers & Sellers: Cardinals' Larry Fitzgerald Lists Home For $5M

Cardinals WR LARRY FITZGERALD has placed his home in Paradise Valley, Ariz., on the market for $5M. Set on nearly two acres, the grounds hold "two houses, a sports court, a batting cage, a putting green and a pair of resort-style pools connected by a lazy river." Located in the 8,125-square-foot main home is a "movie theater, wine cellar, salon and sauna." The guest house, which adds another 1,135 square feet of living space, "holds two bedrooms" (LATIMES.com, 9/11).

OFF THE GRIDIRON: Former NFLer DEMARCO MURRAY listed his home in Franklin, Tenn., for $3.3M. The 9,600-square-foot home has an "elevator, theater and gaming rooms, a gym adjoining the master suite, six bedrooms, seven full baths, and three half baths" (TENNESSEAN.com, 9/12)....Former NFLer DOMINIQUE FOXWORTH listed his home in Pikesville, Md., for $1.495M. The 8,000-square-foot home has "six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two half-baths." The home "includes a theater, fitness and wine rooms" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 9/11)....Former NFLer NICK ROACH sold his home in Northbrook, Ill., for $730,000. The 3,087-square-foot four-bedroom home features 3.5 baths, "newer windows, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, a master suite with a large walk-in closet and an oversized shower, a finished lower level with a game room and storage" (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 9/11).

BUYERS & SELLERS: MMA fighter ANDERSON SILVA listed his home in Palos Verdes Estates, Calif., for $4.9M. The 7,100-square-foot home has "two kitchens, an open-air gym and a sauna room." The living space also includes "six bedrooms and eight bedrooms." There are living rooms with "motorized glass doors on each level" (LATIMES.com, 9/6)....DALE EARNHARDT JR. and his wife, AMY, have a sale pending on their "refurbished home" in Key West, Fla. The renovation was part of their DIY Network series, "RENOVATION REALITIES: DALE JR. & AMY." The listing shows the home going for $2.6M. The couple added numerous features including an "outdoor kitchen, deck, pool and spa" (CHARLOTTEOBSERVER.com, 9/5)....Former college basketball coach HENRY BIBBY sold his home in Palm Desert, Calif., for $620,000. The 2,339-square-foot single-story home includes a "dining room, three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms" (LATIMES.com, 9/12).
