Buyers & Sellers: Klutch Sports' Rich Paul Lands $4.35M L.A. Home

Klutch Sports Group's RICH PAUL purchased a home in the Fairfax District neighborhood of L.A. for $4.35M. The two-story traditional-style home "features six bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and more than 5,600 square feet of living space." Outside, there are "covered and uncovered patio space, a built-in barbecue and a swimming pool with a spa and waterfall feature" (LATIMES, 9/4).

HOOPS HOMES: NBA free agent G MONTA ELLIS sold his home outside Memphis for $2.31M. The two-story, 12,862-square-foot French country manor spans 6.5 acres and is "full of elegant living spaces." The home has "seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a wood-paneled living room, a formal dining room with a fire place and an eat-in kitchen anchored by an oversized island." Amenities include a "movie theater with inverted walls, a sauna, a beauty parlor and an elevator" (LATIMES.com, 9/2)....Former NBAer KIRK HINRICH sold his Bannockburn, Ill., home for $2.75M. The nine-bedroom, 9,270-square-foot French Country-style mansion is "set on a 5.79-acre parcel" and has "eight full baths, three half-baths, an in-home office, an elevator, a large mudroom, four fireplaces, a six-car garage with a sport court, a four-season porch with a grill, a master suite with an exercise room and a sauna, and a lower level with an in-home theater, a large rec room, a second kitchen, a card room and a dance studio" (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 9/4)....Celtics C ARON BAYNES has reportedly purchased a home in the Boston suburb of Newton, Mass., for $1.599M. The 3,368-square-foot townhome has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and "12-foot ceilings." Baynes will be "moving from his current apartment in Charlestown" (BOSTONHERALD.com, 8/31).

PIGSKIN PALACES: Former NFLer BRENDON AYANBADEJO purchased a home in the Brentwood neighborhood of L.A. for about $4.47M. The 4,600-square-foot contemporary home has five bedrooms and 4.25 bathrooms and connects an "indoor-outdoor living room to a dining area, wine closet and marble-covered kitchen." A movie theater, office and "game room with a wet bar complete the interior" (LATIMES.com, 8/31)....Former NFLer JOSELIO HANSON has put his home in the Woodland Hills area of L.A. on the market for $2.449M. The 5,700-square-foot contemporary home features four bedrooms and five bathrooms and sits on a third of an acre and "sweeping valley views are found from a pair of balconies, as well as a deck with an infinity-edge pool and spa" (LATIMES.com, 9/5).

TOE PICK: Silver Medal-winning U.S. figure skater MICHELLE KWAN sold her home in Newport, R.I., for nearly $4M. The 5,000-square-foot home "includes four bedrooms and 5.5 baths" (AP, 8/31).
