Buyers & Sellers: Ari Emanuel Buys Brentwood Home For $11.5M

Endeavor co-CEO ARI EMANUEL has purchased a home in the Brentwood neighborhood of L.A. for $11.5M. The home in the Mandeville Canyon community has "five bedrooms and six bathrooms, and 4,330 square feet overall." A "landscaped backyard and swimming pool complete the outside" (THEREALDEAL.com, 8/16). 

GRIDIRON REALTY: Former NFLer DENNIS NORTHCUTT has sold his longtime home in Encino, Calif., for $2.95M. The Spanish-vibe compound, built in '38, measures "more than half an acre." The walled and gated property includes a "basketball/sport court, lawn and a brick-rimmed swimming pool and spa." The 4,600 square feet of interior space "features five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a center-island kitchen" (LATIMES.com, 8/22)....Former NFLer CARSON PALMER has sold his home in Paradise Valley, Ariz., for $2.9M. The 6 bedroom, 5.5-bathroom house has a "movie theater, wet bar and plenty of parking with two garages" (AZCENTRAL.com, 8/20)....Pro Football HOFer RAY LEWIS has sold his estate in Reisterstown, Md., for $1.8M. The house is 6,600 square feet with "eight bathrooms and amenities like a gym, 'holistic wellness center,' a pool, hot tub and a large bar" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 8/23)....Former NFLer DARREN BENNETT has sold his home in Carlsbad, Calif., for a "little over" $1.345M. In the back of the two-story home, palm trees "top a resort-like backyard with a palapa, fire pit, loggia and grill." In the 3,400-square-foot interior, there are "five bedrooms" and 4.5 bathrooms (LATIMES.com, 8/20).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Warriors coach STEVE KERR has purchased a home in the Presidio Heights neighborhood of S.F. for $7.35M. The roughly 4,000-square-foot house has "views of the Golden Gate Bridge." The three-story home "dates to the 1920s and has four bedrooms" and 3.5 baths. There is a "fireplace in the living room, and the formal dining room opens onto a patio" (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 8/24)....Former NBA coach PAUL WESTPHAL has sold his home in Torrance, Calif., for $1.85M. The home, built in '48, has more than 3,200 square feet of living space. There are two guest suites downstairs for a "total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms" in the house (LATIMES.com, 8/20)....Univ. at Buffalo men's basketball coach NATE OATS has purchased a home in the town of Grand Island, N.Y., near Buffalo, for $999,900. The 8,835-square-foot home has "more than 250 feet of waterfront and 4.2 acres of land." The house has six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a "living room with a fireplace and walk-out bay windows." There is also a "billiard room, a veranda and a detached three-car garage." Additionally, there is a 60-foot pool with "stairs, lanes, a slide and a pool house" (BUFFALONEWS.com, 8/17).
